Jess S. from NorthStar funding oversaw a refinance and then a very difficult JUMBO mortgage loan for us. He’s incredibly responsive (even while on vacation!) and was there every step of the way. Not only did they successfully close 2 loans for us, they also leveraged their industry relationships and network to get us recommendations and introductions to the best insurance people and served as a point of contact for us on all things real estate.
