This was my first time ever applying for a loan so i truly was overwhelmed and intimidated by the process at the beginning, but luckily i had a really amazing experience with Joe. I found Northstar Funding on Yelp and spoke to all of the local lenders before making my choice. When  I called in, I spoke with Joe Pisa. He knows his stuff, clearly….. I shopped around and at the end of the day I choose to work with Northstar Funding because I knew they would get the job done. He is a professional and delivered exactly what he promised. He let us know when he locked the rate, what the closing costs were upfront, and how much the payment would be each month. Simple as that, and a bunch of documents of course. They had an easy portal to upload documents to and they also used electronic signing which was very convenient since there are a lot of documents to sign. It was all very confusing but Joe made it easy to understand when we compared the LPMI loan to an FHA loan which most companies suggested. Joe was most importantly(to me) VERY accessible, and easy to get in contact with. Bottomline I highly recommend Northstar.
