Thank You for 10 Wonderful Years!

A letter from our President – Joseph M. Pisa

On behalf of the entire Northstar Funding team I would like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of our business partners and most importantly, our clients. Even through all the ups and downs (and the market has definitely provided plenty of both), it’s been an incredible 10 years.

The best part about what we do is that every day is another opportunity to improve someone’s situation and over the past 10 years our team has helped provide thousands of family’s and businesses with the capital necessary to do just that — there is nothing that gives us more gratitude than that. While we may not be able to meet every one of our clients, we know that the mortgage and loan process elicits an emotional response which creates a bond in achieving a common goal. It’s this personal relationship that we at Northstar Funding strive to have with each of our customers because we understand what awaits at the closing table, an opportunity for a better future.

10 years is a long time, very few things in our lives last that long—the average business doesn’t make it 2 years and I think it would be even shorter if there wasn’t the 3 year write-off period. I’m honored and humbled by all the returning customers and referrals that we’ve gotten and I promise that in the decade ahead, Northstar will deliver more and better work in the areas we serve. We believe in giving people a chance when others won’t. We believe in delivering honest and beneficial guidance and we believe that all of this can be done not just without evil or greed, but with real compassion and action. 

Thank you again for the 10 remarkable years and we’re looking forward to the next 10. We obviously couldn’t have done it without you, nor would we be able to take the next steps without you. I hope you’ll keep holding us to high expectations, telling us when we’ve met your standards, and when we’ve let you down.
