Legacy Loan Program List (Withdrawn)

Archive notice: NorthStar Funding has withdrawn the former loan-program and underwriting list on this page. Do not rely on its old statements to decide which mortgage programs, terms, or approval paths are available today.

For example, two refinance programs named in the former list—Freddie Mac Open Access and Fannie Mae DU Refi Plus—have ended. Other statements about appraisal waivers or transfers, additions without permits, income documentation, credit reports, down payments, and underwriting decisions depended on the program and the individual file. Do not treat the old list as a current offer or a promise of approval. This notice does not mean every financing option for those borrowers or properties has ended.

Instead, start with NorthStar’s mortgage loan options. If your goal is to replace an existing loan or use home equity, review the refinance planning page. Also, contact NorthStar Funding with your property state, loan purpose, and timing if you have a property or documentation question. Please do not send Social Security numbers, bank-account details, or full financial documents through the general contact form.
